A few additional tools become available when you are using the Preview mode.

  • Style
Use the drop-down list to select a different schedule template. This feature works exactly the same as as described in the Report Settings help topic.
  • Import Style
This displays a window for you to select and import existing XSL / CSS schedule template files.
  • Report Settings
Press the Spanner button to display the Report Settings window. You can make further customizations to the look and feel of the schedule here. This window can also be displayed by selecting Report Settings on Edit menu.

Zoom MenuYou can enlarge or reduce the view of the schedule. You can zoom in from 10% to 1000%, with the default being 100%. The setting is automatically remembered and used again the next time the editor is displayed.

Status Bar Zoom PaneDid you know that you can also adjust the zoom factor from the status bar?

You can either:

  • Select a predefined setting from the drop-down list.
  • Click the very top item (shown with a red rectangle) to specify a custom setting (from 10% to 1000%).

Notes IconChanging the zoom does not affect the printing output. The control on the status bar is only enabled when you are in Preview mode.

If you find that your schedule is bleeding into a subsequent page then consider adjusting the settings on the Print Preview toolbar:

Print Scale

As you can see, you can reduce the scale for printing. Usually a small adjustment is all that is required.
